·        As a Test Technician 2 I Was responsible for modifying, adjusting, troubleshooting, disassembling and assembling, electronic printed circuit boards, specifically analog and digital distribution amplifiers, video processors, audio processors, fiber channel distribution boards, and complex video and audio routing switcher systems. Also writing complex technical test procedure documents for all these processes.

·        As a Surface Mount Technology SMT Pick & Place operator I programmed, loaded and operated a Zeva tek surface mount Pick & Place machine. New hire trainer for SMT manufacturing processes & procedures on the SMT line that included all of the following machinery, SMT Quad Pick & Place, SMT Panasonic Pick & Place, SMT 2020 Screen printer, SMT reflow oven, SMT Asyemtek solder paste applicator, SMT ABW reflow oven, use of SMT Metcal soldering stations, Liester SMT desoldering station, and chemical screen cleaners. I also designed various test fixers as well as rework & touch up SMT and Hybrid devices as needed SMT and through whole Wave Solder operator, disposed of hazardous materials, Maintained hazardous material MSD safety datasheets, PCB Quality control metrics.

I currently run my own Web and Ftp server at my home using Windows 2000 advanced server.
